Our bed and breakfast near Lymington offers the following accommodation:

Bedroom One

Kingsize double room with en-suite bathroom & walk-in shower, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and radio alarm clock.

All towels and bathrobes will be provided.

Tariff

Double occupancy rate: From £30 (low season 1st Oct to End of Feb) to £35 per head per night (high season 1st March to 30th Sept) depending on season.

Single occupancy rate: £40 per night.

Payment methods accepted: Cash, Cheque or Internet Banking. Sorry we cannot accept credit cards.

Children over 14 are welcome.

We have our own friendly golden retriever but unfortunately we cannot accept any pets.

Prices include full English breakfast. Special dietary requirements will be catered for by prior arrangement.

Ample parking is available.

Full Booking Terms and Conditions

Arrival and Departure Times

Please Arrive After 4.00 pm and advise on an approximate arrival time after 4.00 pm. 

Please Depart by 10.30 am.  Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.

Cancellation Policy and Insurance

A non-refundable deposit for the value of the first night's stay will be required at the time of booking.

Booking your stay constitutes a legally binding contract and the deposit paid is non-refundable.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your booking. You will not be liable for the total balance if you cancel AT LEAST 7 DAYS before your booking.  Cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling will mean that you will be liable for the total cost of your stay. 

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance.

Damages and Breakages

Please take care during your stay. You will be responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the room or its contents. Please report these when they occur.

We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Non-Availability of Accommodation

We will only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. However if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. 

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, or our employees or contractors whilst they are acting in the course of employment.

VAT

We do not charge VAT (Value Added Tax).
