Rooms and Tariff

Our New Forest bed and breakfast offers the following accommodation:

One twin room with en-suite bathroom & walk-in shower, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and radio alarm clock.

One double bedroom with shared bathroom & walk-in shower, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and radio alarm clock.

All towels and bathrobes will be provided.

Tariff & Booking Conditions

Prices vary from £30 to £35 per head per night based on double occupancy, with a surcharge for single occupancy.

Children over 14 are welcome but unfortunately we cannot accommodate any pets.

With your booking a deposit of the first nights stay will be charged and is non refundable.

Conditions:
1. Prices include full English breakfast.
2. Prices are per room per night.
3. A non-refundable deposit of the value of the first night will be required at time of booking.
4. Rates may vary throughout the year.
5. We do not charge VAT (Value Added Tax)
7. Special dietary requirements will be catered for by prior arrangement.
8. Ample parking spaces are available.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately this is unavoidable!
1. The deposit for the first night is non-refundable.
2. If you cancel or alter your booking with less than 48 hours notice then, a full charge per night if the room is not resold - will be made. However we always try to re-let our rooms
3. We recommend you to take holiday insurance.
