About the New Forest

The New Forest was given National Park status in 2005 and is an excellent destination for those that enjoy walking, cycling, horseriding and sailing. The area offers beautiful woodland, open countryside and picturesque coastline. Our bed and breakfast is only five minutes drive from the New Forest village of Brockenhurst, which is an excellent starting point for walks into the Forest, and where bicycle hire companies and horse riding schools are based.
